At Ubuntu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns in accordance with our policy below.

Return Conditions

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order . Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Items on sale or on sale cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Return Procedure

To make a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service at support@ubuntu.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the items.
3. Pack the items carefully, ensuring they are well protected during transport.
4. Return the items to the address provided in the confirmation email.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us directly. We will be happy to help you arrange an exchange depending on item availability.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace or fully refund any defective items.
